Scheduling Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a timeline for your project. Timely communication and submission of requested content are essential to keep your project on schedule. 3. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, branding materials, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in communication or materials may result in project delays. 4. Revisions Your project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in your selected package. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur additional fees. 5. Cancellations Due to the time and resources allocated to each project, all payments are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your project after booking, your payment will not be returned. 6. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your project start date, we will do our best to accommodate based on availability. Excessive delays or inactivity (14+ days) may require rebooking. 7. Communication All communication will be handled via email or scheduled calls. Clear and timely communication ensures the best results for your project. 8. Project Completion Once the final design is approved and delivered, the project is considered complete. Any future updates or changes will be treated as a new service.
